Occasional Urgency: intestinal toxins may be difussed by potent probiotics
Occasional urgency occurs when the foods passing through the GI Tract are eliminated suddenly. The body responds to the site of intestinal irritation by sending extra water to dilute the toxins and reduce the irritation. Consequently, the stool becomes runny creating sudden urgency. This excess water may also produce spasms.
There are a number of triggers that may contribute to occasional urgency. They include:
- Excess Hot or Spicy Foods
- Unfriendly Bacteria
- pH
- Lactose Intolerance
- Fungi
- Food Intolerances
- Intestinal Spasm
Should urgency persist seek the advice of medical practitioner. |
